Ailith Anderson, the owner of East Side Yoga, is an ERYT 500 qualified teacher. Ailith's teaching style combines elements of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga to create a fun and educational experience that caters to all levels. Bex Hunt, another experienced teacher at East Side Yoga, discovered Yoga during her dance training and has since embraced its mental health benefits along with its physical aspects. Nick Tang, a lover of plants, nature, and travel, found his passion for yoga when he moved from Australia to Edinburgh. After committing to a frequent yoga practise, he eventually pursued a 200-hour Vinyasa YTT with Rebecca Sirman, one of the instructors at East Side Yoga. Nick focuses on creating dynamic flows, mindful breathing, and providing hands-on assists to deepen students' poses. He also incorporates stories and themes of yoga and nature into his classes.
