Our team of expert coaches includes Coach Andy, who brings over 20 years of experience and a passion for CrossFit. He has successfully worked with thousands of people from different backgrounds and abilities. Coach Clara is a CrossFit Level 2 and Kids coach, holding degrees in Sport and Exercise Science as well as Strength and Conditioning. Coach Adsy is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer who is dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Dragon Athletic is a community-based fitness organisation and Cardiff's original CrossFit affiliate. We strive to educate and empower our community to achieve improved physical and mental well-being.
