Children in their yoga practise. The Yogi Power deck is designed to help children explore yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, and positive affirmations in a fun and interactive way. Each deck contains 52 beautifully illustrated cards, making it easy for children to follow along and learn new poses.

In addition to our in-person classes, we also offer 1:1 teen and family sessions. These personalised sessions allow for a more tailored experience, addressing specific needs and preferences. Whether your child is looking to deepen their yoga practise or you want to have a memorable family bonding experience, our private sessions are perfect for you.

Our qualified instructors, Divya and Sia Hindocha, are passionate about creating a nurturing and empowering environment for children and teenagers. Divya has obtained her certification as a Children's and Families Yoga Instructor from Rainbow Yoga Training and is a qualified Early Years Teacher. With her background in human psychology, she brings a unique approach to teaching yoga, incorporating techniques such as breathing and mindfulness to help children navigate the pressures of life.
