During this event, we will be diving into the world of Yin Yoga, Nidra, and Meditation. Following the Yin Yoga session, you will have the opportunity to experience a Yoga Nidra, led by the talented Emily. To add an extra touch of tranquility, we will also embark on a small Sound Journey. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and let them wash over you, enhancing your relaxation and inner peace.
