The studio offers various class options, including one-to-one equipment sessions using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, and Barrel, as well as small group matwork sessions in the convenience of your own home. Matwork sessions are also available on a one-to-one basis, using props such as the magic circle or a theraband.
Core Strength Pilates offers a free 10-minute observation session where you can meet Annabelle, see the studio, become familiar with the equipment, and discuss your specific goals and abilities. This session allows you to experience the core strength Pilates approach before committing to any classes.

The studio offers different price packages for private classes and group classes. Private classes typically last 55 minutes and include studio equipment sessions and mat sessions. Group classes can be conducted with 2–4 people or 5–6 people. Prices for group classes are divided between participants.
Packages of 5 are valid for 3 months, and packages of 10 are valid for 5 months. There may be an additional surcharge for home classes depending on the distance required to travel.
