Helen, the organiser, wants to give everyone a heads up about Core Health and Fitness Cardross. Located in Dumbarton, this Pilates studio offers a range of services including personal training, Pilates classes, massage therapy, and yoga sessions.

At Core Health and Fitness Cardross, Helen and her team are committed to helping everyone reach their fitness and wellness goals. Whether you’re just starting out or already advanced, they’ve got classes and programmes to match your needs.

You can join Pilates classes either in person or online. These small group sessions allow for personal attention and guidance from the instructor. Classes run throughout the week and can be booked in blocks or on a pay-as-you-go basis. Prices start at £7 for a 45-minute block and £8 pay-as-you-go, or £5 for a 30-minute block and £6 pay-as-you-go.

The studio also offers personal training sessions, which are available in 1-hour or 30-minute slots on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 am to 2:45 pm. These sessions are tailored to your personal goals and fitness levels.

For those needing extra support on their health journey, the studio offers nutrition and weight management services. You can book an initial consultation for £20 for an hour.

On the massage front, Core Health and Fitness Cardross provides Swedish, sports, and remedial massages. You can book a session for 1-hour or 30-minute durations, with prices ranging from £30 to £55.

Gift certificates are also on offer, valid for six months from the purchase date. A great gift idea for special occasions!

Do note that there’s a 24-hour cancellation policy for personal training and massage appointments. For group classes, they'll try their best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
