Cardross Golf Club

Cardross Golf Club, situated in Dumbarton, is a historic golf club founded in 1895. David, our organiser, wants to share some updates with the sports community. The club has seen several changes over the years, including design tweaks by James Braid in 1921. The course features generous undulating fairways and large deciduous trees, which add to the challenge and beauty.

One standout moment in the club’s history was the Scottish Professional Championships in 1992, won by Paul Lawrie, who would later go on to become an Open Champion. This event highlighted the club's reputation within the golfing circles.
