Helen's professional journey began with her completion of a Stott Pilates mat and reformer training after years of personal Pilates practise. She has since designed and styled her classes to be both challenging and fun. With a strong focus on building core strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, Helen modifies the traditional Pilates repertoire to create dynamic, imaginative, and challenging classes.
To ensure consistency throughout our studios, Helen has mentored her instructors and continues to uphold high standards in all our classes. In addition to her mat and reformer training, Helen has also obtained certifications in barrels, stability chair, and cadillac with STOTT Pilates in Singapore.
