The event, titled “Supporting a New Era of Conscious Healthy Relating and Dating,” is perfect for individuals on a personal growth journey looking to explore connections with themselves and others. Save the date for the 17th of February 2024, starting at 10:30 AM until 5:00 PM.

Join us for a day filled with mindfulness and engaging activities. The event kicks off with a warm welcome and a cup of tea or coffee, followed by a grounding meditation and ice breaker games to build connections. Throughout the day, participants will delve into the theme of conscious relating through guided conversations and interactive practices.

Lunch will be provided to keep everyone energised, and the afternoon will focus on topics such as consent, boundaries, and a five senses experience. End the day on a relaxing note with a yoga nidra meditation session and a chance to mingle over tea and coffee.
