You're invited to join Maggie for a 2-hour Imbolc workshop at Maitri Studio Belfast. The workshop aims to celebrate the Celtic festival of Imbolc by bringing the community together and connecting to welcome the birth of Spring, new beginnings, and the seeds of potential.
During this practice, Maggie will guide you through various exercises that connect to the energy of Imbolc. It's an opportunity for you to pause and reflect on what your heart has been dreaming of this winter and what is calling you to be planted this Imbolc.
The workshop acknowledges the transition of the Cailleach, the winter goddess of darkness, into Brigid, the fiery spring goddess who becomes our ally as we plant our seeds of intention and nurture them into fruition.
It's important to note that the workshop is trauma-informed and mental health aware, making it inclusive of all bodies and experiences. No prior movement or meditation experience is required, so don't worry if you're new to this.
Feel free to come dressed in your comfy clothes and cosy socks. Additionally, bring along anything you'd like to add to the Imbolc altar. Let your creativity shine and make it as unique as you want!
