Now, let's not forget that we also have more to offer than just Muay Thai. We have dedicated classes for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) as well. Led by BJJ Black Belt Mark O'Callaghan, our BJJ sessions run three times a week and welcome participants of all levels. These classes focus on wrestling, takedowns, and mastering various submission techniques. For those aiming to enter the world of MMA, we have specialised classes available for selected fighters who are preparing for competitions. Our talented athletes have even headlined local shows and overseas promotions since 2005, further showcasing the calibre of training you can expect at RIKERS.
For boxing enthusiasts, we've got you covered too! Twice a week, on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings, we offer boxing classes led by our experienced coach, Richard Elliott. These classes are suitable for all ages and experience levels. Expect an invigorating session that starts with skipping and shadow-boxing, followed by engaging sparring drills with a partner and bag work.
