At Chrisjstamp Yoga, there's a variety of classes available for all levels, so whether you’re just starting out or have been practising for years, you’ll find something that suits you. The focus is on vinyasa yoga, a style that links breath with movement. These classes aim to help stretch and strengthen your muscles, boosting mobility and range of movement.

Classes are held at the Alton Community Centre on Monday evenings from 7-8pm and Saturday mornings from 9-10am. Please bring your own mat and get ready for an enriching experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
To keep things flexible, the classes operate on a pay-as-you-go basis, priced at a reasonable £5 per class. This way, you can come whenever it fits your schedule, without the need for a monthly membership. All levels of experience are welcomed, with the aim of fostering an inclusive community where everyone feels comfortable.
