In addition to Yoga and Pilates, we also have experienced Zumba and Tai Chi teachers who offer classes at Centre. Zumba is a high-energy dance workout that combines Latin and international music with fun and easy-to-follow dance moves. Our Zumba classes are a great way to get fit, have fun, and let loose on the dance floor. Tai Chi, on the other hand, is a gentle form of exercise that focuses on flowing movements, deep breathing, and mental focus.
