Welcome to Central Galaxy Coventry Trampoline & Gymnastics Club! As Coventry's top performance trampoline club, Central Galaxy offers a range of classes and programmes for all ages and abilities. Currently, the club delivers its classes from two centres, The Alan Higgs Centre and Sports Connexion.
At Central Galaxy, we pride ourselves on providing a wide range of trampoline classes, from beginners to elite level. We also offer general gymnastics, double mini trampoline, home education, and pre-school classes. Whether you are just starting out or looking to perfect your skills, our experienced coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.
For those looking for a more casual experience, our Explorers drop-in sessions allow you to explore our gymnastic and trampoline equipment without the structure of a coach-led class. These sessions are perfect for both children and their parents who want to enjoy some quality time together.
Parents with preschool-aged children can enrol them in our Shooting Stars classes, which are fully structured and led by our experienced coaches. In these classes, children not only learn gymnastics but also trampoline skills, earning awards along the way. We also offer a smooth transition from preschool classes to after-school classes for when children start full-time school.
During the school holidays, Central Galaxy hosts holiday camps that cater to both Coventry and Warwickshire residents. These camps include trampoline and gymnastics sessions, as well as other activities such as arts and crafts, team building, and themed activities. All participants are required to bring their own packed lunch, drinks, and socks. Safety is our top priority, so all jewellery must be removed, including stud earrings.
Our beginners trampoline classes are designed to introduce participants to the sport while teaching the basic skills and techniques. We also offer an award scheme where gymnasts can earn certificates and medals as they progress. Beginners classes also have the opportunity to participate in club and friendly competitions if desired.
With over 50 years of combined coaching experience, our dedicated coaching team is passionate about helping members improve and grow. We offer a variety of classes, including trampoline, gymnastics, and double mini trampoline, catering to all ages from toddlers to 17-year-olds. No experience is needed, as our coaches are ready to assist and support all levels of ability.
