Central Aquatic Swimming and Lifesaving Club is proud to have a longstanding affiliation with the de Lacy Swim School.

Swimming training is available during various times throughout the week. Morning training sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. Afternoon training sessions take place from Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. All training sessions are held at Bayswater Waves on Broun Avenue in Embleton.
