Welcome to Central Aquatic Swimming & Life Saving Club, located at Bayswater Waves in Embleton, Perth, Western Australia. The club, which began in 1993, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2023. Central Aquatic Swimming and Lifesaving Club is proud to have a longstanding affiliation with the de Lacy Swim School.

The club aims to promote swimmers both competitively and socially, with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive attitude towards swimming and life-saving experiences. Swimming training is available during various times throughout the week. Morning training sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30 am to 7:00 am, and on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. Afternoon training sessions take place from Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. All training sessions are held at Bayswater Waves on Broun Avenue in Embleton.
