Cathy is a registered Senior Yoga Alliance Professional (SYAP) and a member of the National Council of Integrated Psychotherapy (NCIP). Her dedication to her work has earned her numerous awards, including The Barclays Innovative Business of the Year award for her work with vulnerable adults and children. Cathy has also received additional training in areas such as PTSD, complex Autism, ADHD, applied behavioural analysis (ABA), Parkinson's Disease, eating disorders, chronic fatigue, addictions, and common musculoskeletal conditions.
