Saturdays: Primary Tap, Primary Ballet, Grade 1 Tap, Grade 1 Ballet, Grade 2 Ballet, Grade 3 Ballet, Grade 4 Ballet, Grade 5 Ballet, Grade 6 Ballet, Vocational Ballet, and Vocational Jazz.
At Cashmore School of Dance, there’s something for everyone, from age 3 upwards. Choose from Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Musical Theatre. Our instructors are highly skilled and dedicated to giving each student top-quality teaching and choreography.
Nick Cashmore, the organiser, loves to see the friendly community thriving, with students forming lifelong friendships. Many students have been with us for years, and Nick has enjoyed watching them grow. Plus, we offer free taster classes for those keen to try before they commit.
We operate in two Birmingham locations - Bournville at the St Francis Centre, B30 2AA, and Selly Oak at Selly Oak Methodist Church on Langleys Road, B29 6HT. Since 1946, when Rita Cashmore founded the school, we've built a strong reputation in dance education. We're proud members of the IDTA and NATD.
There are plenty of opportunities for our students, including graded exams, medal awards, and performances. Every 18 months, our students showcase their talent at The Crescent Theatre - a real highlight for families.
