Welcome to BungeeFit, a premier fitness centre located in Nottingham, New Zealand! We are excited to announce that we have recently relocated to our brand-new studio situated at Unit 1a, The Eagle Works building, Hooton Street, NG3 2NJ. Don't worry, it's just a 5-minute drive from our old studio! If you're coming from North Nottingham, we recommend taking the quiet back roads to avoid traffic on Huntingdon Street.

Our front door, accessible via the courtyard car park, is located on Hooton Street and has a buzzer for PoleKat & Bungee. Find us on the first floor.

At BungeeFit, get ready to experience a workout like no other! Our state-of-the-art bungee rig allows you to bounce, fly, and defy gravity while attached to a secure bungee system. The elastic nature of the bungee greatly minimises impact on your joints, making it an excellent exercise option for individuals with joint problems, sciatica, arthritis, or those recovering from an injury.

We offer a diverse range of classes to cater to all fitness levels and interests. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the technique, a cardio enthusiast seeking a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, a dance lover interested in choreographed classes, or an adventurous soul eager for acrobatic sessions, we have the perfect class for you. BungeeFit originated in Nottingham and serves as the UK's first and original BungeeFit Arena. Additionally, our facility also functions as a teaching centre for fitness instructors who aspire to become qualified in aerial bungee training.
