My training style combines focus and intensity with a friendly and supportive approach. I prioritise proper form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness. While I take training seriously, I also like to have a laugh and create a positive and encouraging environment for my clients.
In terms of my own training history, I initially got into the gym to improve my physical appearance. I followed various bodybuilding programmes and experimented with different training splits. Through trial and error, I learned what worked and what didn't, and eventually designed my own programmes. Over time, I set new goals to not only look good but also get stronger.
In 2018, I competed in my first IPF competition, finishing second in the 83 kg weight class. My current personal bests include a 180 kg squat, 135 kg bench, and 190 kg deadlift.
