The studio is owned and operated by Petra Lewis, a highly experienced and qualified fitness professional. Petra has been in the fitness industry since 2000, beginning as a tennis coach before becoming a Personal Trainer. Petra's own experience with lower back pain and various health issues led her to discover the healing power of Yoga, Pilates, and Qigong. She has completed 200h Yoga teacher training with The Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy and is currently studying another 200h Vinyasa & Yin Yoga with Bristol School of Yoga.
Petra is also a certified Qigong instructor, Level 3 Pilates instructor, and Trigger point Pilates practitioner. Her passion for making a difference in people's lives is evident in her dedication to improving their health and fitness through mindful movement and stillness.
