We also offer online classes for those who can't join us in person.

We acknowledge and honour the Taungurung & Dhuduroa people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work. We deeply respect their connexion to Country and are grateful for their knowledge and care of these lands. As Yoga and meditation teachers, we also acknowledge the traditions and cultures of the practises we share, particularly from the South Asian region. We honour our own ancestors and the wisdom that has been passed down to us, as well as the wisdom that resides within each of us.
