Beth also addresses the importance of connective tissue and the fascial system in yoga and well-being. Fascia acts as the glue that holds our bodies together, and Beth explains how it influences our muscular functioning and overall health.
During yoga practises, you may experience muscular shakes, and Beth sheds light on the various factors that contribute to this phenomenon. Understanding why muscles tremble can help you better navigate your yoga practise and optimise its benefits.
Beth also explores the power of holding an active yoga posture for an extended period. She discusses the challenges and benefits of these moments, where frustration and anger may arise, and how yoga can help you navigate and transform these emotions.
Finally, Brighten Up Yoga offers a 28-day meditation course taught by experienced teacher Sally Kempton. This course integrates traditional yoga tantra with modern insights on evolutionary spirituality. It is an opportunity to grow spiritually and deepen your meditation practise.
