Harriet, the heart behind Breathing Space Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing, wants to remind the sports community about the nurturing environment she's created at the St George Community Centre in Bristol. A practising midwife with a passion for supporting women, Harriet combines her midwifery skills with yoga and hypnobirthing training to offer holistic support for pregnant women.

Every Monday evening, from 6-7pm and 7:30-8:30pm, pregnancy yoga classes are held, suitable for all stages of pregnancy. These sessions not only provide relaxation and rejuvenation but also help women connect with their changing bodies and babies. Harriet’s background as a midwife enriches these classes with valuable educational insights.

Additionally, Breathing Space offers one-on-one hypnobirthing sessions, pregnancy meditations, and birth reclaiming sessions. These offerings are tailored to help expectant mothers prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for birth. Harriet’s personalised approach ensures each session meets the individual needs of her clients.
