From road running to trail running, to fell running and obstacle course racing, Chrissy has discovered a passion for strength training that has transformed her confidence and outlook on life. Her goal is to use her knowledge and experience to empower others and enrich their lives through health and exercise.
Border Warrior offers various classes and programmes, including the 8 Week Challenge. This unique programme is designed to help members achieve their maximum potential in just eight weeks.
