Due to the Covid lockdown, Body Reflexions sessions are now primarily held online via live-streamed zoom sessions. This has allowed clients the convenience of exercising from the comfort of their own homes and attending more classes than they would have been able to if they had to travel to the studio. The online sessions still provide close monitoring of technique by the teacher to ensure safety and effectiveness.
For those who prefer a live class experience, the studio also offers in-person sessions taught by Hilary around the region. These classes are kept small to ensure individual attention for correct technique.
The studio offers a variety of classes to cater to different interests and needs. There are morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend group classes, as well as private 1:1 sessions. Private sessions can take place either in the client's own home or at the Exhale Fitness Studio in Washington. Private sessions allow for a combination of different modalities, providing a session tailored to the individual's needs.
Body Reflexions offers classes in yoga, pilates, relaxation, and pelvic floor fitness. Yoga classes provide a meditative environment while also focusing on building flexibility and strength.
