Bliss by Robin Yoga (Stroud) was established in 2015 by Robin, the first teenager in the UK to become a yoga instructor. With personal experience in using yoga to navigate her teenage years, Robin is passionately committed to sharing the benefits of yoga and empowering others to live happier, healthier, and more peaceful lives.

MFML offers over 15 different styles of yoga, with more than 1000 videos led by over 30 esteemed teachers worldwide. Robin even shares some of her own videos on the platform.
