The classes I offer include Body Breath Mind, Vinyasa, Building Foundations, Moving towards a Stronger Practise, Childrens Yoga and Mindfulness, and Mums and Bubs. Each class is designed to cater to specific needs and preferences, ensuring that every student feels supported and empowered in their practise.
In addition to regular weekly classes, I also offer Specialist Series, Courses, and Retreats. These offerings provide a more focused and immersive experience for students who are looking to deepen their understanding and practise of yoga and mindfulness.
My classes are held at two beautiful locations on the Mornington Peninsula – Safety Beach Sailing Club and Rye Yacht Club. These venues not only offer stunning views of the bay but also provide a serene and natural setting for practise, especially during the warmer months where we can also practise on the outside deck.
As a qualified yoga teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my classes. I have completed a two-year Yoga Teacher Training programme in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, which emphasises the importance of tailoring the practise to the individual. I believe in meeting each student where they are at and guiding them towards positive transformation in their lives.
For me, yoga is not just a physical practise but a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. It offers a path to self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. Through my teachings, I aim to empower and inspire my students to live a more mindful and fulfilling life.
