Barry Pilates

Sharon's teaching style is relaxed and easy-going, allowing individuals to work at their own pace and modify exercises as needed. There is no pressure to keep up, and everyone is encouraged to listen to their body and work within their limits.

Whether you are a complete beginner or have prior experience with Pilates, we offer classes to suit all levels. With 10 classes a week, you can find a time that fits into your schedule. For those unable to attend in person, we also offer online classes, ensuring that everyone has access to the benefits of Pilates.
