Louise, the personal trainer at Barefoot Body Training Studio, has been working with this style of training for over eight years. Her training style incorporates elements of Isometrics, Yoga, and Pilates, which help to improve movement, posture, flexibility, and strength. Louise's personal experience gives her a strong passion for teaching you how to incorporate these techniques into your everyday life and achieve the best results.

As someone who has personally lived with the symptoms of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, Louise is uniquely qualified and strongly motivated in the management of chronic conditions through exercise and movement. Her endless enthusiasm and motivation will teach you how to keep your body moving correctly, feel younger, and improve your quality of life.
Louise's qualifications include the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers Certificate IV in Fitness, Nutrition for Fitness, Anatomy for Strength Training, Foam Rolling Releasing Tension in Body and Mind, and Sandbell Trainer.
