Unlike many other studios, we prioritise individual attention and limit class sizes to a maximum of three clients per session. This allows our instructors to provide personalised guidance and support, ensuring you get the most out of every class. Our one-hour sessions are tailored to address your unique challenges and aspirations, maximising your results.
In our fully-equipped studio, we utilise several pieces of pilates equipment, including the Corealign system. Corealign offers functional standing exercises that challenge the core, posture, balance, strength, and flexibility in a safe and controlled environment. This unique training method improves gait, hip and shoulder mobility, spacial awareness, and endurance. It is particularly beneficial for enhancing performance in activities such as running, tennis, golf, and skiing.

Leading the team at Balanced Movement Pilates is Tracey Middleton, a highly-trained instructor with extensive experience in the field. With 16 years of teaching experience, including two years working in osteopathic clinics, Tracey brings a scientific approach to her practise. Her background as a scientist allows her to analyse body movement patterns and develop innovative strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Tracey's interests include back pain and scoliosis, and she is constantly updating her knowledge and refining her teaching methods through regular workshops and professional development opportunities.
We offer a range of pricing options to suit your needs, including an initial consultation for $100 and packages of 10 and 5 sessions. Additionally, we offer casual rates for those who prefer a more flexible schedule. It is important to note that all sessions must be paid prior to the commencement of class, and holidays must be taken within the specified block expiry times to retain timeslots. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid charges, and refunds are not available.
