The LS8 Studio is excited to announce their upcoming Back Care Pilates courses designed specifically for individuals with back issues. These courses are perfect for those who have already received treatment from a Manual Therapist and are looking to continue their recovery through Pilates-based movement therapy. In each class, there will be a maximum of three participants, allowing for personalised attention and plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
At the Back Care Pilates sessions, participants can expect a structured and carefully planned workout that focuses on strengthening the back and improving overall well-being. It's an excellent opportunity to take control of your circumstances and make a positive difference in your back health. Whether you're looking for ways to support your back or simply want to try something new, Back Care Pilates can be highly beneficial.
The courses will be held at the LS8 Studio in Moortown, Leeds. The Tuesday evening session with Alison will start on February 14th, while the Friday morning session with Zoe begins on February 9th. Depending on demand, there may also be a second set of evening sessions on either Monday or Tuesday.
The Back Care Course consists of six consecutive sessions and is priced at £78. However, there's also an option for a set of three sessions at £39. Alternatively, participants can choose to join the course with a partner, in which case the cost will be £108. Even if you're unable to attend a session, the class will still go ahead. Fortunately, you'll have the opportunity to make up for the missed session by joining any of our community classes free of charge, once you feel ready.

If this is your first Pilates experience with us, we kindly ask that you complete a short Health Questionnaire to ensure your safety and for insurance purposes.
