Trudy Parker, co-founder and yoga teacher at Bab'yama Wellness Hub, has a clear message for the sports community. With an integrative approach, combining cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, she is dedicated to supporting mental and emotional well-being.
Trudy has over 25 years of experience in yoga and meditation, witnessing their transformative power firsthand. A certified yoga teacher with a special interest in pre and postnatal yoga, Trudy believes yoga brings balance and harmony to both body and mind. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone to explore their practice.
At Bab'yama Wellness Hub, a variety of classes and therapies are available to support holistic well-being. Yoga classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, offering styles such as hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. Meditation and mindfulness sessions are also provided, along with Qigong classes focusing on the body’s energy.
