Local studio. Yoga quickly became a daily practise for me, providing a sense of balance and peace in my life.
Inspired by my own transformation, I decided to pursue a career in yoga and share its benefits with others. I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Perth, and I continue to expand my knowledge and skills through workshops and additional training.
At Ayana Yoga, we believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of their experience or fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our classes are designed to cater to your individual needs.
Our studio is located in the beautiful suburb of Ardross, surrounded by nature and tranquilly. The studio itself is a calm and peaceful haven, with soft lighting, soothing music, and a warm ambiance. We provide all the necessary props, such as mats, blocks, and straps, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable practise.
We offer a variety of classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Each class is led by experienced and dedicated instructors who are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga. We focus on mindfulness, breath work, and proper alignment, ensuring a safe and effective practise.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer special events such as mums & bubs yoga, wellness retreats, and kids yoga. These events provide unique opportunities to deepen your practise and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive community.
