The name “Athletica” is derived from the adjective “of or for athletes,” reflecting our commitment to treating every gym user like an athlete. Our studio provides a private training space away from the hustle and bustle, offering convenience and a peaceful atmosphere.

Our personal training options provide one-on-one instruction, allowing our knowledgeable and passionate trainers to tailor bespoke programming to meet your exact needs. We offer continuous support both in the gym and beyond, because we genuinely care about our clients and want them to feel their best.

If you prefer to enjoy the benefits of personal training while sharing the journey with others on a similar path, our semi-private PT sessions are perfect for you. You will receive a customised plan while sharing the session time with three other individuals.

For those who prefer to train solo, Athletica also offers open gym slots, giving you the freedom to have your own semi-private studio space. Our booking system prioritises low numbers to ensure equipment availability, and your first booking includes a free 30-minute induction.
