Ashtanga Bristol, the Yoga club located on Gloucester Road in Bristol, is excited to invite all interested players to a special Yoga event.
Since 2015, Ashtanga Bristol has been providing daily classes and is committed to preserving the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga. This therapeutic method is taught in a welcoming group setting, offering the potential to cultivate a vibrant and healthy body and mind through proper practice.
Caroline Simpson, an authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher at Level 2, runs the school with passion and expertise. The shala is open from Sunday to Friday, with Saturdays and Moondays being the only designated rest days. Regardless of age or ability, everyone is warmly encouraged to join their classes.
If you have any queries or would like to arrange your first class, please feel free to reach out to Caroline via email.
Please bear in mind that a special Christmas schedule will be in effect. Classes will run as usual until Friday, December 22nd. The school will then be closed for the following week, with no Sunday classes on December 24th and 31st. However, on New Year's Day, January 1st, an invigorating class will take place from 7:30am to 10am. From Tuesday, January 2nd onwards, normal class hours will resume.
Additionally, mark your calendars for a captivating weekend retreat in the Cotswolds, scheduled for April 2024. Caroline will lead this retreat, and for further information and bookings, please get in touch with her directly.
