The London Yoga Escape: A Day of Connexion & Community is one such event, offering a blissful mix of movement, meditation, and relaxation right in the heart of London—perfect for escaping the city’s rush for a day.

For a longer retreat, the Norfolk City Escape Yoga Retreat is happening from 18th-21st April 2024. Set in a charming countryside manor in Norfolk, this retreat includes daily yoga and meditation classes, workshops, all meals, and opportunities to explore nature with nearby walks and seaside views.

If you prefer a personalised touch, Ashley offers private 1:2:1 yoga sessions, both in-person and online. These sessions are designed to help you break through barriers and make significant progress, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi.
