The facility boasts a heated pool, split into two temperatures to accommodate different needs. With one side of the pool at approximately 28 °C and the other at approximately 33 °C, it is perfect for hydrotherapy sessions. Aqua Fitness Classes are available, led by knowledgeable instructors who aim to motivate and inspire participants. Whether you're interested in Aqua Fitness Classes, lap swimming, Learn to Swim Lessons, hydrotherapy, or general swimming, Dolphins Fitness & Aquatic has it all covered.
Spectators can enjoy comfortable seating, large panel glass windows for ventilation, and ample space to watch or immerse themselves in the warm waters. Safety is of utmost importance, and there is always a Lifeguard on duty to ensure everyone's well-being.
The Aqua Fitness Classes offered at the Aquatic Centre include over 25 group fitness classes every week, designed to work the whole body using the natural resistance of water. These classes are delivered by experienced and dedicated instructors, with a focus on music, motivation, and fun.
Learn to Swim Lessons are another highlight of Dolphins Fitness & Aquatic. The Learn to Swim teachers aim to create an adventure where children can have fun while learning to swim. Through new and innovative teaching techniques, your child will be transported into a world of enjoyable learning.

General entry allows for recreational swimming at a cost of $5.50 for adults, $4.50 for children (5-16 years), $4.50 for children under 4 years, and $4.50 for pensioners. For those who frequent the facility, a multi-visit swim pass is available for $126.00 (adult) and $112.00 (pensioners), which provides 30 general entry visits valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Spectators can also access the facility for a flat fee of $1.60, commonly used by parents watching their children swim or friends and family attending swim meets or carnivals.
