Operating hours at Dolphins Health Precinct are designed to accommodate different schedules. Our staffed hours from Monday to Friday are from 5am to 8pm, on Saturdays from 6. 30am to 11. 30am, and on Sundays from 7am to 12pm.
In addition, we offer 24-hour gym access for those who prefer to work out at their own convenience.
