Guided through your individual programme in our beautiful sun-filled studio, our small group training combines pilates, strength, and mobility exercises. These sessions have a maximum of 5 participants, ensuring that you receive personalised attention and support.

Our pilates sessions are a mindful movement practise that builds awareness and strength. Through curiosity and play, you'll explore the infinite ways your body can move. We also offer pregnancy and postnatal pilates sessions, tailored to support women throughout their journey to motherhood.
