Alisha holds several qualifications that enrich her teaching. She is a registered 200-hour RYT with training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. She has also completed a 25-hour RYT in Fertility Yoga with Sally Parks Yoga and an 8-hour CPD in Yin Yoga and Taoism. These qualifications equip Alisha with a diverse set of skills to cater to the unique needs of her students.
Alisha offers both in-person and online classes to accommodate different preferences and schedules.
