Once the work is completed, you will receive a service report summarising the condition of your equipment and any recommendations we have.
What are service contracts?
We also offer service contracts for those who require regular maintenance and servicing. With our service contracts, we guarantee to attend your site within 48 to 72 hours (depending on the contract selected) for any breakdowns. These contracts include a certain amount of services per year, with reduced additional callout fees and labour costs. The service reports provided after each visit summarise the health of your equipment and any recommendations we may have.
Can you re-upholster damaged pads?
Yes, we provide re-upholstery services for damaged pads. We have professional upholsterers located throughout the southeast area, and we can supply swatch samples for you to examine the quality of the materials we use. We will organise the upholsterer best suited to your needs and facilitate collection and return to your gym. Additionally, we can add custom embroidery for a personal touch to any re-upholstery.
Do you sell new and reconditioned equipment?
Yes, we offer sales and supply of both new and reconditioned fitness equipment. We can provide you with information and advice on the equipment you may be considering, helping you make an informed decision that best suits your needs and budget.
Can you assist with planning and assembling/disassembling a gym?
