As the founder of the studio and a yoga teacher, Alex shares an art that she has passionately practised since 2009. Her teaching draws from her own experiences as well as what inspires and moves her as a human being. Alex also has a talent for interior design and enjoys creating beauty in her surroundings. To fulfill this passion, she has added a small boutique adjacent to Maison Alex, offering home decor items and gift ideas for a simple life.

- Your yoga mat (available for rent at $2).
- Your accessories, blocks, and strap (available for purchase at the studio).
- A blanket or beach towel to cover your bolster (available for rent at $2).
- Wear comfortable and light clothing for better movement fluidity. Classes are done barefoot.
- It is advisable to avoid eating at least two hours before your practice.
- Please inform your teacher of any injuries or conditions that may affect your health.
- Reservations required via the MindBody platform.
- Arrive at the studio 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts out of respect for the community. Latecomers of more than 5 minutes will not be admitted.
- Use the provided hooks and shelves at the entrance to bring minimal personal belongings into the practice room.
- Turn off your cellphone before the practice.
- Maintain silence in the yoga room and speak softly in the studio.

- Cancelations accepted up to three hours before the class to allow others to benefit from available spots; otherwise, the full class fee will be charged.
