At Akari Yoga, they offer a wide variety of yoga classes to suit various needs and preferences. From the dynamic and powerful Vinyasa Flow to the precise and alignment-focused Iyengar Yoga, there is something for everyone. For those seeking relaxation and restoration, they offer Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes that help to release tension and promote deep relaxation. Beginners are also welcome with dedicated introductory classes to ensure a smooth start to their yoga journey.
In addition to yoga, Akari Yoga also offers Pilates classes that focus on toning, strengthening, and lengthening the body using mindful, controlled movements.
