Where do your karate classes take place?

Our karate classes are held throughout the week at Beaulieu Community Centre and Holy Trinity Church Centre (Springfield). You can find maps for the venues with class times in our where we train section.

Our training is based on the karate jutsu principle, exploring the function and practical application of karate for self defence. We use a traditional mix of basics, form and partner sparring, alongside impact padwork and combination drills.
