Lisa Hands is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher based in Chelmsford, Essex. Her yoga journey started at the age of 18 and has been a constant presence in her life ever since. After years of practise and a deep yearning to deepen her knowledge, Lisa pursued yoga teacher training and completed her 200-hour certification with Helena Bingham, a Yoga Alliance registered teacher. She has also received additional training in Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Lisa's love for yoga shines through in her teaching. Her goal is to inspire and share the transformative power of yoga with her students. She emphasises the importance of kindness and gentleness towards oneself, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and find awareness through breath. Lisa believes that yoga offers a path to nourishing and cherishing the mind, body, and spirit, providing a sense of grounding, lightness, and spaciousness.
Lisa feels grateful for the teachings and inspiration she has received from her own mentors and teachers. She acknowledges the impact they have had on her journey and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study and practise.
