Are you the owner of AGRIDYOGA?

AGRIDYOGA is a yoga instructor based in London, with a passion for yoga and a desire to share her knowledge and experiences with others. Ariel, the founder of AGRIDYOGA, believes that yoga is a way of life and a means to find happiness and peace within oneself.
A decade ago, during a difficult period in her life filled with stress, Ariel embarked on a journey of self-discovery through yoga. Driven by curiosity, she attended her first yoga class and immediately felt a sense of relief and well-being. This marked the beginning of her yoga journey, which has taken her around the world to practise, study, and learn different styles of yoga and meditation.
With certifications from USA Yoga Alliance, Indian Yoga Alliance, and International Yoga Alliance, Ariel has had the honour of studying with Guru Swami Dhyan Sumeru, a respected teacher in Rishikesh, India. She believes that yoga goes beyond physical stretching and instead focuses on looking inward and exploring the depth of one's being.
At AGRIDYOGA, Ariel offers a variety of yoga and meditation practises, including Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Agrid Yoga (specifically designed for busy city lifestyles). She also incorporates different forms of meditation, such as dancing meditation and sound healing meditation. Ariel's sessions can be personalised and conducted both privately and in groups, with the flexibility to accommodate various locations, whether it be at her students' place, parks, gyms, or schools.
When attending AGRIDYOGA classes, students can expect a personalised experience that caters to their individual needs, fitness level, flexibility, and any injuries or health conditions they may have. Ariel is able to modify poses in real-time to ensure maximum benefits without the risk of injury. She can also adapt each session to reflect the specific needs of her students, making one-on-one sessions ideal for beginners and advanced students alike.
AGRIDYOGA classes encompass the five points of yoga: proper exercise (asanas), proper breathing (pranayama), proper relaxation (savasana), proper diet (vegan advice), and positive thinking and meditation. The aim of these classes is to help individuals find balance in their lives, alleviate stress, and achieve a state of relaxation for both the body and mind.
Whether you are looking to start your yoga journey or have been practising for years, AGRIDYOGA welcomes everyone to join their classes. With flexible hours from Monday to Friday, AGRIDYOGA aims to accommodate individuals' busy schedules and provide an opportunity for personal growth and well-being.
