Having trained in India, Georgia holds accreditation from Yoga Alliance and is certified in Vinyasa/Ashtanga, Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Yoga, and Children's Yoga & Mindfulness Training. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her yoga classes, creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all levels and backgrounds.

In addition to her yoga practise, Georgia is also trained in sound healing. She believes that sound is a powerful tool for relaxation and stress reduction. During a sound bath session, participants simply need to lie comfortably and allow the vibrations and frequencies of the instruments to resonate through their bodies. This practise has been proven to induce a deep state of relaxation, reducing stress, low mood, and fatigue.

Georgia's sound healing sessions are held in the serene Effra Space, situated between Brixton and Herne Hill. These sessions are accompanied by the soothing sounds of gongs, creating a truly immersive and restorative experience for participants. Private 1-to-1 or small group sound healing sessions can also be arranged, allowing for a tailored experience based on individual needs.
