Yoga Now

Yoga Now currently runs it's classes at the OFF THE WALL YOGA STUDIO in East Fremantle, 89 Petra st. crn Canning hwy. This is a brand new purpose built yoga studio with easy access and free parking.

Our simple intention is that through any of the holistic practises here you will find a greater peace, joy, balance, meaning, and connexion in life – inside and outside of class.

Yoga is a fantastic ‘tonic’ to help meet the needs and stresses of our everyday demanding lives. It often reminds us of what’s really important... being that we stay connected with our integrity of heart and live conscious and awake to that. If we attend well to the needs of our body and emotions, our spiritual nature, and it’s true beauty can be experienced and expressed in our lives day by day.

The ancient but current practises of postures, breathing techniques, relaxations, and meditations not only restores a healthy relationship with our body and mind, but allows for that to nourish and support our connexion with others and our world. With this in place we feel stronger and clearer to make the choices that will move our lives on positively.

A range of classes including a beginners class are offered by experienced and qualified teachers who have developed the practises in unique and powerful ways, each offering their own expression of the work. For this reason we recommended that you explore the different classes until you find one that suites your needs.
