Our classes cover a range of techniques and skills, including functional strength and fitness training, self-defence strategy, Wing Chun drills, footwork, blocking and striking drills, Chi Sao (sticking hand, touch reflex drills), and an introduction to the Shil Lim Tao form. You'll be learning one of the world's most effective self-defence based martial arts systems.
Established in 2006, the Wing Chun Kung Fu Studio is a full-time academy offering day and evening sessions, open five days a week. Every class is taught by Sifu Paul and Sifu Di Maclaine, who have over 30 years of experience training in Wing Chun under the direct tutelage of Grandmaster William Cheung. As part of your membership, you'll also have access to functional strength and fitness classes.
